In accordance with Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.15, and in the interest of maintaining public engagement in the planning process, the April and May 2020 meetings of the Town of Greece Planning Board and Board of Zoning Appeals are being postponed.  We intend for meetings to resume as scheduled the first week of June (in person or virtually if need be) with sufficient public notice to be provided as required by law.  In the meantime, we’ll be working with the development community and interested neighbors directly to keep important projects on course for a timely economic recovery when the COVID-19 threat passes.  The Development Services Department is accepting new applications in digital format, and we continue to issue administrative approvals as permitted by law.  For questions about current projects, or to submit an application, please contact Director of Development Services Scott Copey at 723-2356 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
