Tomorrow across our nation, you will see flags lowered to half-staff. On this 19th anniversary of September 11th, we remember all those who lost their lives on the day of the attack on our country. Those in and surrounding the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon, and United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in suburban Pennsylvania. We remember the firefighters, law enforcement, EMT personnel, and all the good Samaritans who stepped up during this horrific event to help their community.
The tragic events of September 11th, 2001 saw the people of our country come together and stand as one. The outpouring of love and support from communities all across our nation showed the world that we are there for each other.
We remember all those affected by the 9/11 attack: you will never be forgotten.
The flags on the Greece Town Hall Campus will be flown at half-staff to serve as a remembrance of the lives lost on that September morning.
